What is Virtual Job Interview Adviser

VIRTUAL JOB INTERVIEW ADVISER is the first interactive software in Serbia to simulate job interviews with over 150 common questions of employers. The software is enabling the simulation and practice for job interviews. Studies have shown that one of the decisive factors for the job is demonstrated willingness and motivation on the job interview.

University of Novi Sad Center for Career Development and Student Counseling, with the donation of the US Embassy, through this project enabled its students and graduates 24 hours a day with the service of this software to practice job interviews. The software has an option that user can record his response and search requirements to be examined by a career counselor. Tips are available as video and text as well as material and thus enables people with hearing and visual impairments to use it.
